Following the success of our event last year at Clitheroe, Lancashire Construction Best Practice Club are delighted to bring you our Autumn 09 Pecha Kucha event, at the Midland Hotel in Morecambe.

The theme this year is 'waste' and we are planning for a number of high quality speakers from within the construction / built environment sector as well as from other industries.

Light refreshments will be available as well as a short tour / talk on the refurbishment of the Midland

The event starting at 5.30pm will also include the club chairmans annual review and confirmation of steering group membership for the coming year. 

Space is restricted to 55 people so register asap to avoid disappointment

Pecha Kucha (Japanese for the sound of conversation) is a fast and fun approach to presenting. Each presenter is allowed 20 images, each shown for 20 seconds each - giving 6 minutes 40 seconds of fame before the next presenter is up. This keeps presentations concise, the interest level up, and gives more people the chance to show.
